The Canadian Provider Registry combines the official physician registries of Ontario, Quebec, and Alberta — Canada's three largest provinces, covering roughly 75% of all Canadian physicians — into a single queryable directory with a consistent schema.
Every provider carries a unique ID (province code + registration number), normalized specialty names in standard English, and standardized registration status (Active, Inactive, Suspended, Deceased).
